• Assessment (1–2 weeks, Fixed fee). We map the conversations, systems and people involved, then write up the build plan, the costs and the numbers we expect to move. You can take the plan to any team.
• Pilot (2–4 weeks, Fixed fee). One agent or workflow goes live with real customers and is measured against the numbers agreed in the assessment.
• Rollout (2–6 weeks, Scoped per project). We extend what worked to more use cases, teams or locations, document every system and train the people who will run it.
• Run (Ongoing, optional, Monthly). Monitoring, script and flow updates, and new features. Or your team takes over completely; the code and accounts are already yours.

What does RoverXAI do?

We are an AI automation agency. Every project starts from a revenue or time-saving goal and is measured against it.

Is every system custom-built?

Yes. We scope each build around your process, your existing tools and the numbers you want to move. We reuse our own components where it saves time, but the flows, scripts and integrations are written for your business.

How does handoff between the AI and our team work?

The agent handles routine volume and instant responses. When a conversation needs judgement, such as pricing, complaints or anything outside the agreed scope, it transfers to your team or books a callback and passes along a summary, so the customer never has to repeat themselves.

How fast can we go live?

A voice agent typically goes live in 7–14 days, chat and WhatsApp automation in 5–10 days, and a full workflow in 2–4 weeks. Ad creative pipelines, websites and custom software are scoped per project. The main variable is how quickly we get access to your existing tools.

Who owns the systems after delivery?

You do. We build in your accounts and on your infrastructure, and hand over the code, documentation and training. There is no licence fee to keep using what we built.

How is pricing structured?

The AI audit call is free. After that, the assessment and the pilot are both fixed-fee, so you know the cost before anything is built. Rollouts are quoted per project once the pilot has proven the numbers.

What support do you offer after launch?

Every build ships with documentation and team training. After that you can choose a monthly plan for monitoring, updates and new features, or run the system yourselves. It is your code either way.

What happens if Manoj is unavailable?

Nothing stops. Everything runs in your accounts, every build is documented, and your team is trained to operate it. Any competent engineer, yours or ours, can pick it up from the documentation.

How do you handle our customer data and security?

We build inside your own accounts (CRM, telephony, WhatsApp, cloud), so customer data stays in systems you control. Our access is limited to what the build needs and removed at handover. We are happy to sign your NDA and work through your security review.
